The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 155 of 2013 for the offence registered under Section 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 21.04.2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34346 of 2014 (3) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 4081 of 2014.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he fired which caused injury on the left shoulder of the informant. It is further submitted that petitioner has been acquitted in all other cases pending against him.

Be that as it may, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the same is rejected. However, if so advised, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after four months, if the trial is not concluded. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Jagdish/- U T
