2. Petitioner is accused in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 64 of 2022 registered under Sections 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is alleged that petitioner along with others fired upon the informant due to which he sustained injury.

4. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to the oblique reasons by the informant. Further he submits that the present case is counter blast of Guraru P.S. Case No. 56 of 2022 which was instituted by the father of the petitioner against the informant. It is next submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9757 of 2024(4) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 that though the allegation of firing is against the petitioner, but the doctor has not found any fire arm injury. The petitioner is under custody since 21.09.2023.

5. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Gaya in connection with Guraru P.S.
