JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "For directing the respondent authorities to grant a license of Arms bearing no.
2222/TGSI, 688/TGSI for 12 Bore DBBL Gun, .32 bore Revolver and .315 Rifle (Non Prohibited) to the petitioners which were issued in the name of Late father of the petitioner no. 1."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to file a fresh application before the District Arms Magistrate, Patna for
Patna High Court CWJC No.5575 of 2021(2) dt.01-09-2022 2/2 redressal of their aforesaid grievance.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off and in case, a fresh application, as mentioned hereinabove, is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by the District Arms Magistrate, Patna by a reasoned order and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
