The petitioner, who is father-in-law of the deceased, is in custody since 2.7.2013 in a case under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that primarily the allegation of poisoning the deceased is against her husband and the allegation against him is general.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in Terahagach Police station Case No. 14 of 2013.
