For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ram Prawesh Kumar For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Rajendra Singh Shastrijee(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 06 of 2015 registered under sections 304(B)/201/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah.

The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by burn.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the deceased. In fact, the deceased committed suicide by burn, which is apparent from the case diary.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46735 of 2015 (5) dt.09-03-2016 2/2 Admittedly, petitioner is husband of the deceased, who died in un-natural death within 7 years of her marriage at her Sasural and her dead body was disposed of.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for bail is rejected.
