JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-10-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the order dated 09.03.2015 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Araria before the State Appellate Authority, Patna.

In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty and in case the petitioner files appropriate appeal
