Senani Samman Pension, however the learned counsel for the petitioner has limited his relief to grant of liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities for redressal of his grievance, for which, appropriate application has already been filed on 11.04.2017, which is annexed as Annexure 3 to the present petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned

Patna High Court CWJC No.3291 of 2018(2) dt.26-07-2022 2/2 authority with a copy of the present order, who shall consider the case of the petitioner and take a final decision, within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter.
