3. The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (i) for issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent authority particularly respondent Anchal Adhikari, Dhoraiya to record of the Lands of Jamabandi No. 95 situated

Patna High Court CWJC No.2739 of 2024(2) dt.19-06-2024 2/3 in village Bareri, Thana No. 141, Anchal-Dhoraiya District-Banka, on the record of digital ON LINE in name of Ram Chartra Das, S/o Banbari Das, who was the great Grand- father of the petitioner, in whose name aforesaid Jamabandi is still running showring the same on the ON LINE as it is/was in original record of Jamabandi;

(ii) for issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents authority to reconstruct the Jamabandi page in Register of the same because authority is saying that page of Jamanbandi no.95 is torn/cracked;

(iii) for issuance of such other appropriate writ or order/ direction in the facts and circumstances of the case for the ends of justice.

4. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.2739 of 2024(2) dt.19-06-2024 3/3 stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.6, the Circle Officer, Dhoraiya to dispose of the petition of the petitioner/fresh petition, if any filed by him alongwith the copy of this order preferably within next six months.
