The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b), 26, 35 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner was arrested with a stolen motorcycle.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that as per F.I.R. itself, no arms or ammunition has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and he has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Case No. 848 of 2020.
