JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sikarpur P.S. Case No. 386 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Recovery of one country made pistol and cartridges from a room and petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended from there.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that other accused persons have already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.12.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 80206 of 2019 and vide order dated 19.12.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 84632 of 2019. He is in custody for more than five months.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and

No.7565 of 2020(2) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah West Champaran, in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 386 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
