The petitioner seeks bail in Patahi P.S. Case No. 100 of 2016 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 129 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 25.10.2019. Vide order dated 14.07.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'X'), which reveals that case is pending for the statement of the accused persons under Section 313 of Cr.P.C..

Considering the progress of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the

However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
