2. Accordingly, the present LPA No. 79 of 2020 stands
Patna High Court L.P.A No.79 of 2020(7) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 disposed of.
3. Contesting respondents are aggrieved by the latest action of the official respondents. They being the contesting - respondents cannot question the action of the official respondents in the present LPA proceedings. Therefore, contesting respondents are permitted to question the validity of the later official respondents action before the appropriate forum and in accordance with law.
