Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (C)/ 32(111)/34/36/41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is alleged that some persons were manufacturing illicit liquor on the bank of river sone.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.The name of petitioners transpired only on the basis of suspicion. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and they are no way

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Danapur, Excise Act come Addl. Session Judge II, Danapur in connection with Bihta Police Station Case No 263 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
