The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 89 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Section 147, 148, 323, 324, 307 and It appears from the of the Indian Penal Code.
Though the petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant by means of a farsa on his head but the informant has received only simple injuries and that also by hard and blunt substance.
There is a counter version of the occurrence also in which three of the persons from the side of the petitioners have been injured. The petitioners are agnates and because of some dispute between them, a clash may have taken place in which

Considering the background facts and taking into account the clean antecedent of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -III, Bettiah, District - West Champaran, in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 89 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Ashutosh Kumar, J) sunilkumar/- U T
