2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bagaha Mahila P.S. Case No. 21 of 2022 for the offence registered under sections 376, 313, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 /4 of POCSO Act lodged on 16.03.2022 by the informant, Sheetal Kumari.

3. At the outset, learned APP on the basis of the counter affidavit of the S.P., Bagaha submitted that the anticipatory bail is now not maintainable as processes under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9918 of 2024(4) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. have been issued.

4. Though, there are other paragraphs also to show the implication of the petitioner in view of the fact that the processes have already been issued, the petitioner is well advised to surrender and seek bail.
