JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is case and counter case between the parties and it appears that persons from both the sides sustained injury. Moreover, it also appears the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute. Although the impugned order of learned Session Judge reveals that two persons sustained grievous injury but it is not specific who caused the aforesaid injury to injured persons of this case and there is omnibus allegation of assault against all the accused persons.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
