In view of the stand taken in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Nagar Parishad, Sasaram, this writ application is disposed off with an observation that as and when a decision is taken with regard to difference emerging out of extension of the benefit of 5th Pay Revision Committee, petitioner and the likes of the petitioner will derive the benefit thereafter. Writ application stands disposed off with observation as above.
