2. The petitioners are in custody since 13.07.2014 in connection with Hilsa (Chiksaura) P.S. Case No. 202 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners, being father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased respectively, have been falsely implicated as their daughter-in-law died by taking pesticide instead of medicine by mistake which caused her death.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that the deceased was married in the year 2013, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the
