2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"to issue rule in the nature of certiorari to quash the order issued vide letter no. 1070 dated 01.08.2015 by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Gopalganj, whereby the Sub-Divisional Officer has restrained both the parties to go over the land. (ii) To issue rule in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the land in arbitrary manner.

(iii) To grant any other relief or reliefs to
