The petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the respondents for dismissing the petitioner from service after inflicting departmental proceedings against him and thereafter approval of the punishment by the Appellate Authority.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submits that the case of the petitioner is

Patna High Court CWJC No.5578 of 2021(2) dt.25-03-2021 2/2 squarely covered by the judgment of this Court vide C.W.J.C. No. 13549 of 2018 (Jawahar Kumar Singh versus State of Bihar & Ors) dated 19.02.2019. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid claim of the petitioner, the present writ application is disposed off with a direction to the respondents to scrutinize the fact and if it is found that the fact of this case is similar to that of C.W.J.C. No. 13549 of 2018(Jawahar Kumar Singh versus State of Bihar & Ors), same treatment shall be extended to the petitioner by the respondents within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
