The defect(s), if any, be removed within four weeks of starting of the Court proceeding in physical mode properly. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No.197 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 3⁄4 Mahua Flower Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Mahua flower does not come under the ambit of alcohol, merely because the petitioner possessed 100 kg of mahua flower, he cannot be said that the petitioner committed offence under the Excise Act. Category is under consideration.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the
