JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 293 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 272, 273 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a)/41(1)(2)/ 37(b)(c)(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they have been roped in the present case on the statement of the persons apprehended by the police that these petitioners are also involved in trade of Taari. Neither the petitioners were

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender within four week from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Bypass P.S.
