1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vishnupad P.S. Case No.26/2021, registered under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gaya.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the trial is in progress and 3-4 witnesses are still to be examined, on which, the learned APP submits that since the trial is on verge of conclusion, as such, the privilege of bail should not be granted to the petitioner at this stage.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned APP, the court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

4. The same is accordingly rejected.
