2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a resident of Ward No. 13, Gram Panchayat Alampur Simri, Block Aurai, Distt. Muzaffarpur and is the beneficiary of "Mukhya Mantri Gramin Peyjal Nischay Yojana'. Learned counsel further submits that a large scale financial irregularities is being committed by the concerned Ward Secretary and Ward Members of Ward No. 13 in implementation of the Government Scheme under the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6174 of 2021(2) dt.27-08-2021 2/2 'Mukhyamantri Gramin Peyjal Nischay Yojana', for which, the petitioner has lodged complain and has filed the representations before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur and other officials, by Annexure-1 series which are still pending.

3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 4) may be directed to dispose the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the grievance raised by the petitioner in the writ application, the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, (Respondent No. 4) is directed to dispose the representation filed by the petitioner at Annexure-1 series in accordance with law and by a reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. With aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is, accordingly, disposed of.
