JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2023 Heard the learned senior counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Laheriyasarai P.S. Case No. 540 of 2015 for the offence registered under Sections 406, 409, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that huge amount has been misappropriated, proceeds whereof have also been credited in the account of the petitioner, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, after having advanced arguments at some length, seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8146 of 2022(5) dt.30-01-2023 2/2 liberty on behalf of the petitioner to renew his prayer for grant of regular bail, after framing of charges by the learned trial Court. Liberty so sought is granted.
