2. Mr. Ravi Ranjan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State Election Commission informs this Court that election for the post of Pramukh and Up-Pramukh has already been held and result has been declared on 23.02.2024 in which the petitioner has lost the confidence of the House.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission and information given on behalf of the State Election Commission, the writ petition stands disposed of.

4. The petitioner, if so advised, may avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
