The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complaint based allegation would reveal that coaccused Urmila Devi sold away land of the complainant to Astma Kumari wife of co-accused Manoj Kumar. The complainant has not stated anything against the petitioner in her statement on oath.

Learned counsel for the complainant opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 7789 of 2019(3) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Complaint Case No.1279 of 2015 (TR No.244 of 2018), with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
