Shilpa Singh, learned G.A.12, appearing for the State respondents.

With the help of this writ petition, made under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, in the form of Public Interest Litigation, the petitioner has put to challenge the decision of the State respondents to construct a building of Primary School on the land, which had been donated by Md. Matlum Hassan for construction of a building of Madrasa.

Having regard to the feelings of the community, the State respondents have, however, decided to reconstruct the building of the Madrasa on the said donated land.

In view of the above, no cause survives for adjudication in this writ petition and this writ petition is, therefore, closed with

Patna High Court CWJC No.13345 of 2016 (3) dt.03-10-2016 liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court with appropriate application, in future, if so advised.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with the observations aforementioned.
