JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Yadopur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner was arrested with stolen motorcycle. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has no criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case and he has purchased the motorcycle from one Bullet Kushwaha for Rs. 5,000/- but he could not prepare the paper and change the ownership of the motorcycle, which he has mentioned on oath in para -9 of the petition. Further submission is that he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody for four months.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6988 of 2020(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Gopalganj, in connection with Yadopur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2019, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
