2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, however, interest on account of delayed payment has not been paid to the petitioner.

3. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, it is made clear that the petitioner is entitled for interest on account of delay in making payment from the date the petitioner is entitled till the date of payment in accordance with law.
