JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2018 Let the Chairman, Bihar School Examination Board, himself look into the discrepancies inasmuch as the petitioner claims that he had appeared for the BST paper; whereas, he has been shown absent against EPS with marks allotted in practical examination of EPS. In the admit card, there is apparent cutting of the subject EPS, which has been substituted with BST. Let the Chairman enquire into every aspect of the matter and take a final decision within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18835 of 2017(4) dt.19-02-2018 2/2 The Chairman will also be required to look into the conduct of the Principal of the said school while changing the optional subject in the admit card and see whether such change was bona fide or not, if necessitated.

The petitioner will be at liberty to question the legality of the decision taken by the Chairman, Bihar School Examination Board, in appropriate proceedings, if so advised. This application stands disposed of.
