2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 589 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 205/467/468/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation is against two accused persons of impersonating as two accused in a sessions trial. He was in jail in main case.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No.
