JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2022 The short prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the present case is to direct the Collector, Bhojpur at Ara to dispose off the proceedings initiated against the petitioner for cancellation of arms license vide Miscellaneous Case No. 432 of 2010.

The learned counsel for the State submits that if the said case has not already been disposed off, the same shall be disposed off expeditiously.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Collector, Bhojpur at Ara to dispose off the aforesaid Miscellaneous Case No. 432 of 2010 within a period of eight weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the same has not already been disposed off.
