This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Rosera P.S. Case No.10 of 2024 for the offence under sections 356 & 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner is accused of snatching a mobile. His name has come in the present case during investigation. The petitioner is accused in a case of extortion also.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is dismissed.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within two weeks from today and pray for regular bail, failing which, the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur will take all steps for arresting the petitioner.
