JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 This seems to be a premature writ application for a direction as prayed in the writ application by the petitioner. The FIR has been registered on 05.10.2019 itself and at this stage nothing has been brought on record to show that the investigation has not progressed.

In any case it is open for the petitioner to approach the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna (respondent no.5) with his grievance over the delay in investigation and such other matter including that he has any threat to his life. On such issue

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.126 of 2020(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 being pointed out by the petitioner before the respondent no.5 the same will be looked into and upon considering the genuineness thereof appropriate decision shall be taken by the said respondent.

This writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations and directions.
