JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 The petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2014 in relation to Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) University P.S. Case No.57 of 2011 instituted under Sections-147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the F.I.R. to show that there is absolutely no case made out under Section-307 of the Indian Penal Code. He makes further submission basing on his argument on supplementary affidavit filed today that after the incident informant and others had gone to the hospital for treatment and injury report but the doctor found all of them in drunken condition and refused to prepare the injury report. The doctor reported the matter to the police. Be that as it may, the petitioner, namely, Shashi Yadav alias Kaila, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
