2. Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were working for Rehabilitation -cum- Training Officer, Saharsa and they are aggrieved by the fact that they have not been paid their salary from January, 2016 to August, 2016.

3. Counsel submits that some petitioners have

Patna High Court CWJC No.4115 of 2020(2) dt.12-01-2024 2/2 requested before the District Programme Officer, Saharsa (ICDS) (respondent No.6), but no result has come in this matter. Petitioners ought to be paid for the period they had worked.

4. Let the petitioners be represent before the District Programme Officer, (ICDS), Saharsa (respondent No.6) retaining their grievances within a period of four weeks from today, who, on receipts of the same, shall disposed off by a reasoned order in accordance with law within further period of four weeks, thereafter. In case, the claim of the petitioners found tenable, necessary sequel order shall be passed within a aforesaid stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application is hereby disposed off.
