The bail application is rejected on the ground that adequate evidence has come that death of the bride was caused due to strangulation and it is not a case of natural death.

The details of evidence, which have emerged, have been dealt with by the Additional Sessions JudgeIII, Begusarai in the order of rejection. Looking at the material and the evidence, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Bhagwanpur P. S. Case No. 111 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai.
