JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 439 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(A)/37(D) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. It appears from the prosecution case that raid was made in the village and on search liquor was recovered from different houses including the house of the petitioner Dhanjeet Manjhi.
Considering the aforesaid, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. However, he may surrender before the court below within one month from today and prays for regular bail, which would be considered and disposed of on the same day on its own merit without being
