JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the Vigilance Department. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment as Block Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent has committed no offence. Petitioner is a lady and she has been teaching since 2012. It is further submitted that the document given by the present petitioner is of the year 1992 and

Moreover, petitioner has already resigned from service on 16.05.2023. Petitioner claims clean antecedents. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Narhat (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 106 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
