3. Show cause has been filed on behalf of the Corporation bringing on record material to show that the order dated 10.05.2016 passed in CWJC No. 6790 of 2015 has been complied with.

4. From the records it transpires that copy of the show cause has not been served on learned counsel for the petitioner.
