Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10035 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/3 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Majhauliya case no. 192 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 380, 489, 385, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having arrived at the door of the house of the informant, whereafter they are said to have entered into an altercation and had also taken away cash amounting to a sum of Rs. 25,000/- and Rs. 300/- respectively.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent, have been falsely implicated in the present case which is apparent from a bare perusal of the F.I.R. It is also submitted that the petitioners are accused in three other cases but they are on bail in the said three cases. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioners undertake to participate in the ensuing investigation as well as trial, if any. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, I deem it fit and appropriate to admit the abovenamed petitioners to the privilege of anticipatory bail. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Manjhauliya PS case no. 192 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure.
