The petitioner having served at Chapra for more than 3 years has been transferred in routine transfer vide Annexure 1 to Darbhanga.
Although petitioner cites heart ailment for interfering with the transfer order but in my opinion, Darbhanga is equally well equipped to cater to the need of the petitioner. No need of indulgence is made to interfere with the order of transfer. The writ petition is disposed of.
