JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The present case has been lodged on the basis of complaint petition. Admittedly, the complaint petition was filed on 09.10.2014 in respect of the occurrence, which had taken place on 02.10.2014.
The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the victim, who happens to be daughter-in-law of the petitioner, eloped with one Ranjan Bhagat, who happens to be her relative and on the same day information regarding the aforesaid elopement of the victim was given to the parents of the victim and having received the aforesaid information the parents of victim came at the house of the petitioner but they badly assaulted the

No.46866 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 petitioner and others for which the husband of the petitioner lodged Darauli P.S.Case No. 155 of 2014 and in retaliation of the aforesaid case the husband of the informant lodged Darauli P.S.Case No. 156 of 2014 on the same day but in the aforesaid case he has nowhere stated about the allegation of torturing, making demand of dowry and committing murder of his daughter. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S.Case No. 266 of 2014.
