The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S Case No.400/2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 325 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Looking into the nature of injury, which is simple, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no case under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code is made out against the petitioners.

Learned APP opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. Taking into consideration, the petitioners, above named, and in the event of arrest shall be released on bail on
