JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 08-12-2022 As per instructions received by the Authorities, learned counsel for the State submits that the Superintendent of Police, Nawada, vide district order no.1151/2016 dated 18.09.2016 has appointed the petitioner on compassionate ground against the sanctioned and vacant post of 'Jhadukash', Sweeper Grade-4, and since then the petitioner is working on the said post.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions in this regard.

In view of the specific assertion made by the Superintendent of Police, Nawada, in the counter affidavit,

Patna High Court CWJC No.17936 of 2014(4) dt.08-12-2022 2/2 which has been taken note of hereinabove, pendency of the writ application would serve no useful purpose.
