2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance of an appropriate writ, Order or direction commanding the respondents as to why notices dated 4.3.2017 issued by respondent Circle Officer be not quashed and/or further writ , order or direction commanding the respondents to restrain from the dispossessing the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the land in question bearing Khata no. 357, Khesra No. 27/1

3. Learned State counsel has pointed out that the petitioner has challenged the notice dated 04.03.2017 issued by the respondent, Circle Officer, Pakridayal, East Champaran. He submits that since then, lots of water has flown down the Ganges.

4. This Court is of the opinion that the petitioner should have very well answered to the notice satisfying the respondents instead of rushing to the High Court.

5. With the said observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
