The present application has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Siswan (M.H.N.) P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 38(1) and 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, as amended by the Amendment Act 8 of 2018, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd -cum- Special Judge, Excise, Siwan.

In view of the inaccurate statement made in paragraph 3 of the petition, after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after taking proper
