JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 146 of 2018, G.R. No. 4371 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 103 and 104 of Indian Trade Mark, 1999 and 63/65 copy Right Act, 1937.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is shopkeeper and he has not committed any offence. He is in custody since 11.12.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and investigation in the present case is now complete, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail
