2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307, 354, 379,34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner tried to outrage modesty of the informant and on protest, petitioner and other accused persons assaulted the informant and her family members.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as a matter of fact scuffle took place between the parties over flowing of Tank water in front of the house under the Nal Jal Scheme in which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of
